Your repeat prescription has a white counterfoil which you should detach and keep until the next occasion when you wish to reorder. When you need more medication, please clearly tick the items which you require.
You can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form.
Please also indicate where you would like your medicine dispensed. For almost all patients living in B&NES this will be a local Pharmacist. You should allow at least two clear working days before collecting your repeat prescription from the Surgery, or the Chemist indicated. We can return the prescriptions (but not the medicines) by post, if you enclose a SAE with your request.
For patients living in Somerset, there is the option to have your medication dispensed from Chilcompton Surgery.
Patients living in Somerset (and a small number in B&NES who live more than a mile from the nearest Pharmacy) can have medication dispensed from Chilcompton Surgery. This is particularly convenient for those who find it difficult to get into Midsomer Norton, and medication prescribed during a consultation will often be available to take away within minutes of seeing the doctor. We also provide a Dosette box service from Chilcompton.
If you have not previously used this service, speak to your doctor or ask a receptionist so that we can change your registration details to reflect the fact that you can have medication dispensed. If you are unsure whether your address is more than a mile from the nearest Pharmacy we can refer to our large-scale map at Chilcompton.
Repeat prescriptions should be ordered in advance allowing 2 working days before collection just as is the case at St Chads. Both Online and traditional repeat slip orders can be taken for Dispensing at Chilcompton.
